ARGH~ stress from work... cos recieved 100 plus calls almost everydae~ caN die ah!
one conversation btw me and an aunty...
aunty: may i noe the diff btw upgrade and dun upgrade for the benefit?
me: the basic plan now u having u can get 300 per month for 5 years if u are disable.. if u upgrade...
(i haven finish toking.. she interrupted...)
aunty: can u stop saying you you you.. sry ah i am in a bad mood tdae... but could u stop using you... its sounds so wrong!
( but it was so hard for me to change since i have been all along speaking this way..)

aunty:u noe ah u all do insurance one ah.. !cannot sae you you you.. !like cursing the life insured person u noe a not.!. that is very bad! dun use you anymore.. ok.. reply again with out using "you'
