yesterdae was anger by one stupid young aunty's call..
converesation between me and her...
aunty: wad is this eldershield all about ah?
me: it is a life time polcy that covers onli disability

(after calculating the amt for her from 2008 to 2011 year is $403.. 2012 onwards till 65 years old is $300 and the balance she ni to top up for one time is $100 ...)
me: ur premium from 2008 to 2011 years is $403.. then 2012 year onwards till u are 65 is $300... but u have to top up a ant of 100 first when we recieve ur upgrade form.. then around october we will deduct $300 again..
aunty: HUH?! wad are u toking about?! wad 2008? u meanthe premium i ni to pay is 2008 per year?!
me: i mean from 2008 to 2011 YEAR.. ni to pay $403 then 2012 YEAR onwards ni to pay 300..
