ARGH~ damn angry la~ by one uncle..this morning received damn lots calls la onli in 4 hrs time recived abt 60 calls le... sian... and tired!The conversation btw me and the uncleuncle: y is there a ni for us to pay the current blanace?me: this is the money u ni to top up once in order for u to upgrade...uncle: y ni top up ?me: beocs since last year we have alr send out the upgrade and for thos hu send in b4 deduction date last year we will straight away deduct the upgarde premium and for those hu haven send in like u.. we deduct the basic plan's premium alr.. so u ni to top up this amt to add on to the upgarding premium...Uncle: but last year is alr over alr wad! Y still deduct?me: it apply to everybody... this balance top amt is to cover u from last year sep to this year sep..uncle: YA! BUT is over alr! u understand wad i mean a not! over alr! y still ni to pay?!me: that is y this amt is to cover u till october this year. If u nv pay, then it would not cover u till there. and wad u mean is u are nnot cover for the past 6 months since last year and y shld u pay the balance top up rite?uncle: ya..me: that's y we are giving out $50 voucher as a rebate for u all...uncle: i am paying $100 plus balance top up eh! wad for i ni the $50 voucher?! i rather dun wan the voucher!( i feeling very frustrated and dunno how to tok to him anymore.. decided to pass the call to pris..)... ... ...Pris: .... ... ... this balance top up is TO LAST YOU TILL this year cotober...Uncle: oh now u understand alr ah?pris: oh.. i am different person...uncle: i think just now that girl ni more studies..WTH @!%@$!^&HELLO!
