today is a damn exhausting day la.. me yeeling pris and darren keeps picking up calls todae NON STOP... did not have the time to follow up and another call comes in.. damn tired explaining to the aunties and uncles over and over again the SAME thing.. i ans 48 calls todae... pris ans 41...yeeling ans 49 and darren ans 45... THOSE AUNTIES AND UNCLES ARE TRULY SUCH A NUISANCE LA... recieve 1 call which make me very angry todae...first call (uncle)he ask me to tell him beliefly wad is eldershield about and i ans every single questions he asked as i onli studied eldershield policy.. if we do receive calls asking abt other policies we have to transfer to other customer officers or take down their contact no and ask another customer offficer to call them back later..when the stupid uncle finish asking me abt eldershield policy.. he immediately asked me about another policy, golden protector...uncle: becos ah i have another policy ermm is golden protector ah... will it affect my claim for the eldershield..?me: no.. i dun think it will affect cos it a different policy, sir...uncle: u sure a not? cos golden protector also for elderly one lehs..me: yes sir they are both different policies and both covers different things... for eldershield it covers onli disabiility but for golden protector i am not so sure cos i am onli in charrge of the eldershield policy..uncle: nonono i just asking u whether i could claim for both becos both almost cover the same thing and is for elderly rite... me: sry sir i am onli incharge of the eldershield if u dun mind could i take down ur contact no and i will get another customer officer to tell u more about golden protector later?uncle: u could not ans me such a simple question?! in charge of onli eldershield?! y dun u study all the policies so that u could ans all the questions for all the policies it is very troublesome to transfer call and u might not call me back later when i leave down my contact no..i asking u such a simple question u could not ans ah...(me feeling damn irritated liao..)me:sir ! i am onli a temp staff here and onli noes abt eldershield... (feeling damn angry but trying not to sound angry)sir: huh?! U NOW WORKING AT HOME AH?!me: no sir i am working in the company..sir: ur organisation make me laugh u noe.. u noe outside ah all the foreigners will at least say please and they so polite u noe..everytime they will at least say a please one... and for u all eldershield ah ni to shout "ELDERSHIELD" then ur computer will respond.. (and he keep scolding and repeating the same thing which i dun understand at all wad he is toking abt! crazy uncle la!)sir: can u feedback to ur manager or wadever ah cos ah u working here also ah.... (and on and on..)all the do i ever say is *orh orh orh* can can can* crazy uncle la! i nv even studies abt wad GOLDENPROTECTOR and he expect me to ans his questions for that! WTH la...he so clever might as well he come and work... damn him... spoilt my day la...hope i wont came across such nasty calllers again...
